Detroit Zoological Institute Sculptures
Flying Pterodactyls sculpture was installed at the Detroit Zoological Institute’s Holden Museum of Living Reptiles, Royal Oak, MI in 1961. He also created an aluminum relief plaque called Mankind and Primates or Family of Man on the rear wall of the Holden Amphitheater. It was returned to the Fredericks family when that building was razed in 1980 and then gifted back to the Detroit Zoological Institute following the death of Marshall Fredericks in 1998, along with two baboon sculptures.
