Meet the Juror
“The pre-selection process was difficult because the
submissions were so strong. It was very hard to choose first through fourth place. It was a pleasure to go through so much work. Good to see the art and quality in the area.”—Gregg Glasson
Gregg Glasson, President of the National Sculpture
Society and owner of Glasson Sculpture Works, brought his extensive experience in managing large-scale sculptural projects to the 9th Regional Juried Biennial Sculpture Exhibition. With a discerning eye for design and technical excellence, he
approached the jurying process with both rigor and appreciation for the diverse range of submissions.
Glasson’s thoughtful selection reflects the exceptional quality and variety of
contemporary sculpture being created in the region. From traditional techniques
to experimental forms, the exhibition celebrates the richness of threedimensional artistry.
His final selections represent a dynamic mix of styles, materials, and conceptual approaches.
